Weekend directional’s / Bootlegs / Open House Signs
The process starts once we receive the signs from the printer.
The route is then mapped out and each spot is strategically selected for the best flow to the development. This is then agreed upon by both parties.
Depending on the route that has been determine for your reality campaign the number of signs could range from 25 to 150 or so.
We carefully construct the sign by attaching a “pocket” to the back using staples. This pocket is then used to attach/secure the sign to the wooden stake.
Once the sign is finished it is placed on a route that guides the future home buyer to the development. This can be for open house or just to advertise the development. Generally the signs are placed late Friday night or early Saturday morning and removed Sunday evening.
We store the signs at no charge during the week. The signs are placed by our well-trained and experienced crew to avoid loss.
We are not responsible for stolen or damaged signs. The county does pickup and dispose of these signs from time to time.
